Becket Pageant for London (“BPFL”) is an unincorporated, not-for-profit association established for the sole purpose of delivery of this event. It operates under the auspices of The Skinners' Malmesbury Foundation (“Malmesbury”) (reg. charity no 1059101), a charitable arm of The Skinners’ Company.

BPFL operates under its own constitution setting out aims, powers and management. The Management Committee comprises Emmeline Winterbotham (Chairman); Mark Spofforth OBE, Past President ICA (Hon. Treasurer); Charles Doyle (Head of Fundraising); and John Townley (Finance Director, the Skinners' Company). Malmesbury provides administration of BPFL funds (which are ring-fenced and separately accounted for) and shall collect, hold and distribute monies on behalf of and as directed by BPFL.

We were proud to make a small donation to Youthscape, a national charity working for the benefit of all young people, which has been nominated by The Most Revd Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury.

Steering Group:  The BPFL is guided by a Steering Group as follows: Emmeline Winterbotham (Chair and Creative Director), Sir Andrew Parmley (Rt Hon.Lord Mayor of London 2016-17), Mark Chambers (Livery Crafts Fair), Mark Spofforth OBE (Hon Treasurer), Tim Bacon, Pamela Taylor (Education Outreach), Caroline Artis and Andrew Marsden.
